Apollo is now available, with contacts, accounts, deals, tasks and company research.

Apollo

Apollo is now in the connector directory. It covers your CRM records (contacts, accounts, deals, tasks and call logs), company research (funding, headcount, technologies, job postings and news), and the sequences and outreach your team runs.

Connecting it works like DataForSEO rather than most connectors: there is no sign-in screen to approve. You create an API key in Apollo under Settings, Integrations, API, and paste it into FloConnector. The key belongs to your whole Apollo team rather than to you personally, so one Apollo account is one connection.

The connector exposes 48 tools.

What your Apollo plan affects

Finding new people and companies in Apollo's database, and enriching people, need a paid Apollo plan. On a plan without them those requests are refused, and Apollo's own error message says your API key is at fault. It usually is not. If you can read your own CRM records but searching for new prospects fails, that is your Apollo plan, not your key.

Looking up a company by its website domain, along with its job postings and news, works regardless.

Usage is billed by Apollo against your own account, not by us.

Worth knowing

Apollo has no way to delete records over its API, so anything created through FloConnector has to be removed in Apollo itself. If you are importing in bulk, note that Apollo groups accounts by the root of their website address, so several subdomains of one domain arrive as a single company rather than as separate ones.
