The free plan now includes one profile.

A profile is an endpoint: one URL you paste into Claude, exposing one shaped set of tools. The free plan now includes one of them. Pro and Scale include as many as you want.

What this means

  • On the free plan you can create one profile per workspace. Put every connector you've connected into it, and it works the way it always has.
  • Separate profiles are worth having once you want separate tool surfaces: a smaller, sharper set of tools for a daily routine, a broader one for research, different access for different people. That's the Pro unlock.
  • Nothing about how a profile works has changed. This is only how many you get.

If you already have more than one

You keep them. This limit applies to creating a new profile, not to profiles you've already built, so nothing is removed from an account that's already over the line. You just won't be able to add another until you upgrade.

Downgrading

If you move from Pro or Scale down to a plan with fewer profiles, you choose which one you keep before the change is scheduled, and we show you exactly what you're giving up.

Be aware this one is destructive. The profiles you don't keep are deleted when the downgrade takes effect, and their endpoint URLs stop working in whatever AI client is using them. Your connections stay connected, so you can build a new profile any time. The tool selections and access lists on the deleted profiles do not come back.

If a subscription lapses rather than being downgraded on purpose, we keep the profile you've used most recently.
