0.4.2

Beta

A tidier dashboard.

A pass over the console: connect links get their own page, the screens you see before you've set anything up actually explain themselves, and the dark flash on load is gone.

Connect links used to be the third tab on the Connectors page, which was the wrong home for them. Connectors is the list of platforms this workspace has wired up. A link is the opposite: a request to someone else to go and wire some up. It now sits in the sidebar under Profiles, where you can find it.

It appears only on plans that include connect links, so the sidebar shows you what you can actually use.

Screens that explain themselves

Connectors, Profiles and Links each had a single grey line of text before you'd created anything. Each now has a proper first-run panel: what the thing is, why you'd want one, and the button to make it.

No more dark flash on load

Reloading the dashboard used to show a flash of dark navy before the page painted. The app defaulted to the dark theme internally even though nearly every screen is light, so every reload started dark and corrected itself a moment later. Light is now the default and the flash is gone.

Overview tiles do more

The four numbers at the top of Overview are now links through to the page behind each one. Errors turn red when there are any, connections turn red when one needs reconnecting, and calls this month shows a bar against your included allowance so you can see where you are at a glance.
