BetaPlans now say how many workspaces and profiles they hold, and there is an enterprise tier above them.
Pro includes ten profiles, Scale includes three workspaces
Two limits that used to read as unlimited now carry a number. Pro holds ten profiles in its workspace. Scale holds three workspaces, with no limit on the profiles inside each one. Solo is unchanged at one of each.
Nobody is over either limit. We checked every account before making the change: the busiest workspace on the platform runs six profiles, and the largest account holds two workspaces. If you are already using FloConnector, nothing about your setup changes today.
Unlimited was never an honest number. A workspace is a wall, with its own connections, its own endpoints and its own people, so a business standing one up per team is asking for as much infrastructure as it likes on a fixed monthly price. Three covers the agencies and multi-entity groups Scale was drawn for, and ten profiles covers every way we have seen a single business shape its tool surfaces.
An enterprise plan sits above Scale
If you need more workspaces than Scale holds, or more calls than a plan includes, those numbers are now something we set with you rather than a wall you hit.
An enterprise agreement is the same platform with the limits sized to you: how many workspaces you can stand up, how many calls are included each month, and the rate past them. It is invoiced rather than charged to a card, so you keep your own terms and purchase orders. The pricing page carries the details and a way to reach us.

Every plan card and the comparison table now carry the real numbers, and there is a new question in the FAQ explaining what a workspace is and when you need a second one.
Your usage figures are unchanged, and now provably so
Your plan's per-call rate and monthly price are recorded alongside the included allowance each time your plan changes, the same way the allowance already was.
Nothing you see moves. It means a price we agree with you is the price your past months keep being read at, even if the same plan is priced differently later.
