Email notifications
FloConnector sends email for a handful of reasons. Some are essential to running your account and always go out; others are optional and yours to switch off.
Essential emails
These always send, because they are how you get into your account or keep it in good standing:
- Sign-in codes. The six-digit code you use to sign in. See Sign-in and security.
- Invites. The link that adds someone to a workspace.
- Billing. Receipts, and notice of anything that needs your attention to keep billing working.
Optional emails
Anything that is not essential (product updates and the occasional announcement) you can turn off from Settings. Turning them off never affects the essential emails above.
Emails name the account or person they relate to so you can tell where an invite or notice came from, and the address it concerns is always shown.
Not getting emails?
If a sign-in code or invite has not arrived, check spam first, then request a new one. Codes are short-lived by design, so asking again is the normal way through. See Troubleshooting if it keeps happening.
