Premium connectors
Most connectors are available on every plan. A few are premium: they are included on the paid plans rather than the free tier, because the vendor behind them costs more to run against or carries more sensitive data.
How premium connectors work
- A premium connector is included on the Pro and Scale plans. There is no separate per-connector fee to switch it on.
- On the free tier you can see premium connectors in the directory but not connect them. You are prompted to upgrade instead.
- Which connectors are premium can change as the catalog grows, so treat the directory as the source of truth.
Spotting a premium connector
In the connector directory, premium connectors carry a Premium pill with a lock icon. That is the signal that connecting one needs a paid plan.
If you downgrade
If you move to a plan that does not include premium connectors, any live premium connections are removed from your profiles, and the dashboard tells you which ones before you confirm the change. The connections are not deleted; reconnecting them becomes available again as soon as you are back on a plan that includes them.
