Connect links
Connect links let you ask someone else to connect their tools for you. You send a link naming the platforms you need, they open it and authorise their own accounts, and the connections land in your workspace, without them setting up FloConnector themselves. This is how agencies onboard a client's tools without swapping passwords.
Connect links are exclusive to the Scale plan. On other plans the Links tab shows an upgrade panel instead. See Plans and usage.
Send a link
- Open Connectors and go to the Links tab.
- Enter the person's email and pick the platforms you want them to connect.
- Choose Send link. They get an email with a branded page that walks them through authorising each platform.
One link per person
Each recipient has a single standing connect link per workspace. If you send to someone who already has one, the new platforms are added to their existing link and it is re-sent, rather than creating a second link. That keeps one page per person to return to as their setup grows.
Manage and revoke
The Links tab lists every connect link and its status, so you can see who has connected what. You can revoke a link at any time; revoking stops the link without deleting the connections it already produced.
