Knowledge stops being a section you maintain by hand. FloConnector is now a connector in its own directory, and enabling it on a profile gives the AI client on that profile 14 tools over your collections and skills: list and read them, create and revise them, publish, archive, restore an earlier version, copy a skill into another collection, and export one as a bundle for a client that installs zips. A guide tool explains the format and the limits to the model before its first write.

Enabling takes one click. There is no account to sign in to and nothing to paste, because the connector is FloConnector itself.

It acts as you, within your role

Every one of these tools runs as the person whose AI client is calling it, and checks that person's FloConnector permissions on every call, the same ones the dashboard checks. A member can draft and revise; publishing needs the same permission it needs in the dashboard. Someone whose role does not include a permission does not see the tool, and if their role is narrowed later the next call is refused with the name of the permission it needed. Enabling the connector therefore grants nobody anything new, which is what makes it safe on a profile a whole team shares.

One change, one revision

A revision from your AI client is one entry in the skill's history, however many documents it touched: the body and its reference files land together, with a note saying what changed. The history now records how each revision arrived, in the editor or through an AI client, next to who made it. A model can pass the version it read so it never overwrites a colleague's save without seeing it first.

New skills are drafts until someone publishes them. Nothing reaches a client until then.

Also in this release

The packaging guide you download for zip imports is now produced by the server from the live limits, so it is always the same document the connector shows a model.

Pocket is no longer limited to one connection per workspace. Pocket has no team account to connect, only each person's own, so a workspace can now connect several and each one's tools carry whose account they reach. Requested on the feedback board.

Calls to the FloConnector connector are included: logged in your activity, never metered.
