FixedConnections no longer drop under heavy use

Every open connection kept a copy of each reply it had sent, including the full tool list and every tool result, until the connection closed. Most AI clients leave connections open without ever closing them, so under heavy use those copies filled the server's memory and it restarted. Each restart dropped every open connection, which showed as an error in your chat until your client reconnected, and on 8 October it caused an outage lasting several hours.

Replies are now let go as soon as they have been delivered. Each open connection uses about 95% less memory, so busy periods and automated runs no longer push the server over. It also means the data your tools return is no longer held in memory once it has reached you.
