NewProduct updates by email

Every so often we'll email you about something worth knowing: a new connector, a big batch of tools, a feature that changes how you work. Not often, and never about anything you can't use.

These emails come from the FloConnector team. Sending them is an admin tool for our team only, not a feature in your workspace, so there's nothing for you to set up.

NewYour email preferences, one click away

Every product update carries a link at the bottom to your email preferences. Account emails, such as sign-in codes, billing notices and connection alerts, show as always on, because they keep your account working and turning them off would lock you out. Product updates are the one switch, and when you arrive from the link it's already off, so unsubscribing takes one click. Your inbox's own Unsubscribe button works too.

NewA Product updates switch in Settings

Settings → Notifications now has a Product updates switch, so you can turn them off, or back on, from the dashboard as well. It's the same setting as the link in the email: change it in either place and both agree.
