Upgrading is simpler, and a billing change never deletes your work.

NewUpgrade straight to the plan you want

Settings → Billing now shows Pro and Scale side by side, with what each one adds over your current plan, including the premium connectors (Xero and QuickBooks) and how many calls a month are included. Pick a plan and checkout opens right there on the page, in a secure window from our payments provider. You no longer need to put a card on the free plan first: choose Pro and you're on Pro the moment checkout completes.

Prefer pay as you go? That's still one click away on the same page.

ImprovedUpgrade buttons tell you why

When something needs a bigger plan, such as connecting Xero, adding a second profile, inviting a teammate or sending a connect link, the upgrade button now opens Billing on the plan that unlocks it, with a line saying what you were trying to do. After checkout, you're pointed straight back to it.

NewStart with Pro from the pricing page

Choosing Pro or Scale on floconnector.com/pricing now carries through sign-in and setup to that plan's checkout, instead of starting you on the free plan. The pricing page also has a plan estimator: tell it roughly how many calls you make and what you need, and it shows the monthly cost on each plan and which one fits. All prices are in US dollars.

ChangedA billing change never deletes anything

If your plan ever drops below what your workspace uses, nothing is deleted. Extra profiles are paused instead: they keep every connection, tool, member and setting, and an AI client connected to one is told plainly that the profile is paused and how to resume it. Premium connectors are hidden rather than removed. Move back to a plan that includes them and everything resumes straight away, with the same endpoint URLs, so your AI clients reconnect without any setup.

When you choose a downgrade yourself, you still pick which profiles stay live, and the rest are paused rather than deleted.

New7 days to renew if a subscription ends

If a paid subscription ends without you choosing it, for example a card that won't renew, your plan keeps working for 7 days. We email you, and a banner in the dashboard shows the date with a one-click Renew button. Nothing changes unless that date passes.

A paid plan could end at its first renewal instead of renewing. Plans now renew automatically every month on your saved card, and if a renewal ever fails, the 7-day window above keeps everything running while you sort it out.

ImprovedCredit emails point you to the plan that fits

The emails we send when your free credits are running low, or used up, now show what Pro includes alongside the pay-as-you-go option.

Links into a specific dashboard page, such as the one back from checkout, sometimes landed on Connectors instead. They now open the page they point to.
