MinorBetaTables: a database your AI keeps between chats.
NewTables
Your AI client now has somewhere to keep what it finds. A table is a set of records that stays in your workspace between chats: a lead list, a content calendar, a job log. Ask for one in plain English and your AI creates it, fills it from the tools you already use, and finds it again in any chat after. Tables is marked Alpha while we learn from real workspaces. There's more at floconnector.com/tables.
NewTen table tools on the FloConnector connector
Switch on the FloConnector connector for a profile and your AI can list, describe, create, update and archive tables, and query, insert, upsert, update and delete records. Every tool acts as you, with the permissions your role gives you. Table calls are included on every plan and never count against your calls.
NewBuilt for an AI to write to
- Every field has a type, from text and numbers to dates, options, emails, links and phone numbers. A value that doesn't fit is refused with the reason, never guessed at.
- Name a field as the key, such as an email or an invoice number, and an upsert updates the matching record instead of adding a second one.
- Up to 500 records go in one write, all or nothing. If one is wrong, none land, and the error names each problem, so a retry never makes duplicates.
- Records are numbered 1, 2, 3, and a number is never reused, so "record 12" still means the same record next month.
- A write can ask to be refused if someone changed the record since your AI last read it.
- Your AI can load a whole table into a temporary, in-memory analytics workspace and total it with SQL, alongside data from your connectors.
NewTables in the dashboard
Tables has its own page in the sidebar. Open one and it's a spreadsheet grid: filter and sort any column, edit a cell, add a record or a field inline, rename or remove a column, and export the whole table to CSV.
NewWho can see tables
Owners and admins can view, write and manage tables. Members get no access by default, because tables can hold sensitive data and a new teammate joins as a member. To open tables to members, give them a custom role with the table permissions (custom roles are on Pro and Scale).
NewRoom on every plan
Per workspace, Solo includes 1 table and 1,000 records, Pro 25 tables and 50,000 records, and Scale 100 tables and 250,000 records. A write that would pass a limit is refused and says how much room is left. Nothing is ever deleted: a workspace that is over a limit, after a downgrade for example, becomes read-only until it is back under, and you can still view, export and delete.
ChangedNew write tools stay off in a read-only profile
When a connector gains new tools, a profile where you have switched off any of that connector's write tools now gets its new write tools switched off too. New read tools still switch on as before. Previously, new write tools could switch on in a profile you had set up to be read-only.
ImprovedA cleaner dashboard
Corners now scale with the thing they belong to, so list rows no longer look like pills. Your connected accounts sit on one surface with dividers between them, back buttons line up with the page, and page titles line up with the content under them.
