0.37.0

MinorBeta

ServiceM8 grows from 167 tools to 188, starting with every email and SMS on a job.

New7Fixed1

ServiceM8 added a set of new features to its API this year, and this release brings them to your AI: 21 new tools, every one tested against a real ServiceM8 account before release.

Reconnect ServiceM8 once to use them. The new tools need permissions your current connection was not asked for. Open ServiceM8 in your dashboard and choose Reconnect. Until you do, everything you use today keeps working, and the new tools say they need a reconnect.

NewEmail and SMS history on every job

Read every email and text sent and received on a job, in one thread, with who sent it and when. For emails your AI can also see whether the customer opened it or it bounced. Ask "what did we last tell this customer?" or "which quotes went out but were never opened?" and get the answer from ServiceM8 itself.

NewStaff clock-on and clock-off times

Read when each staff member clocked on, clocked off and took lunch, so your AI can work out shift lengths and build a timesheet for a week. This is time on shift; the existing job activity tools still cover time spent on each job.

NewOffice time on jobs

Read the admin time staff log against jobs, to add to on-site time for the full labour cost of a job.

NewLeave and busy time on the schedule

List, add, change and remove blocks of annual leave or busy time for a staff member, so your AI can see who is available before it books work.

NewWork your ServiceM8 inbox

Add a message to your inbox, such as an enquiry taken over the phone, mark messages read, add internal notes, archive them, attach one to an existing job, or turn it into a new job. Converting a message to a job keeps the enquiry linked to the job it became. If the sender is not yet a client, ServiceM8 creates one.

NewFloConnector entries in the job diary

Your AI can add a short entry to a job's diary, shown under the FloConnector name and logo rather than a staff member, so your team can see what was done on their behalf and why. These entries are permanent, so your AI uses ordinary job notes for anything that might need changing.

NewPush notifications to staff

Send a notification to staff in the ServiceM8 app, which can open a job, its diary or an inbox message when tapped.

FixedReconnecting could say you already had a ServiceM8 connection

When an update asked you to reconnect to unlock new tools, the reconnect could stop with "This workspace already has a ServiceM8 connection". It now goes straight through. If ServiceM8 itself refuses a connection, you now see ServiceM8's reason instead of a short code.
