Formbay is now a FloConnector connector, in beta. Connect it with an API key from your Formbay account and a Formbay login, and your AI can work with your certificate jobs for solar PV, batteries and solar water heaters, from the approved equipment lists through to checking a job is ready to submit. It ships with 41 working tools, each one tested against a real Formbay account before release.

NewYour jobs, by stage

List your PV, battery and solar water heater jobs, newest first, filtered by the stages Formbay shows in its portal: scheduled, in progress, ready to submit, expiring and more. Count your jobs at every stage in one request, and read any job in full, including what is still outstanding.

NewCreate and update jobs

Create PV, battery STC and solar water heater jobs from Formbay's approved equipment lists, update them, attach documents, and remove a solar water heater job you no longer need.

NewCheck, then submit

Ask Formbay whether a job is ready and see exactly what is missing, such as serial numbers, photos or signatures from the installer app. Submit a job when it is ready; your AI confirms with you first.

NewCertificates and equipment

Look up approved panels, inverters, batteries and water heaters, estimate the STCs a PV system earns, and estimate the VEECs and STCs a heat pump earns in Victoria. Your AI can also read your NSW PRC and Victorian VEEC jobs.
